Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable number of business days.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us with photos of the issue and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain pet care items may not be eligible for return once opened. If in doubt, please contact us before purchasing.
